A huge thank you to everyone who helped to make our annual Sparkle Party fundraiser such a success! It was a completely sold-out event, with over 500 tickets purchased to support Sheena’s Place. The evening was hosted by Jeanne Beker, and even drew attention from other celebrities including Justin Ryan and Colin McAllister, Marilyn Denis, and The Social’s Melissa Grelo, Lainey Lui, and Cynthia Loyst.
We hosted the event at the gorgeous Aga Khan museum, hosting private tours for VIP ticket holders. We also held a silent auction, offering incredible prizes from a variety of generous donors and sponsors and had an incredible performance from Juno award winner Tomi Swick.
Finally, we used the evening as an opportunity to acknowledge the generous grant that Sheena’s Place received through Bell’s Let’s Talk Community Fund to support men’s programming.
