Whatever your feelings about change, it is an inevitable part of life. Sometimes changes are sudden, unexpected, or unnoticed. Sometimes they bring adventure and happiness and sometimes they bring grief and sadness.
Recovering from an Eating Disorder requires change and that can be challenging for so many reasons. This week, Madison explores the changes in the seasons and how this relates to the changes that happen throughout the stages of recovery. As Summer turns to Autumn, it can feel dark and lonely. Remember that the Spring will come and Summer will return. This cycle of change is constant even in its differences.
